My 318 B43G has been cranking slow all summer. I went to start it the other day and it would barely turn, not fast enough to start. Check battery voltage, 12.7, check voltage at starter wire, disconnected, 12.6. Jumped starter and still same slow cranking.The primary coil reading should be between 3.7 ohms and 4.6 ohms while the secondary (spark plug side) should be between 34.2 k-ohms and 41.6 k-ohms.
